Return Policy
All items are custom made to order and due to that factor are non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of each item no two orders will be exactly the same. We do our best to eliminate any flaws but handmade items have the potential to have small unavoidable flaws.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work on fixing it.
Sale & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or exchanges of gift cards.
Shipping
Please confirm all shipping addresses are correct. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once picked up and in transit. I will try my best to accommodate a situation if possible. If there is a problem please contact me immediately.
